Create a new topic in the transfer offers section with the players name that you want along with his position,rating,price of player and add the name of your club, e.g Anderson 77 CM - To Bayern - £15,000,000

Prices for Buying Free Agents:
Under 70 Rated = -2mil
71- 75 Rated = -10mil
76 - 80 Rated = -15Mil
81 - 85 Rated = -20mil
86 and higher rated = -25mil

You may only buy 4 free agents and release 4 players in one season
